Q: How do I access my courses?
You can access your purchased courses and bundles by clicking on either the My Dashboard button at the top left corner of the page. Then click on Resume Course under the appropriate class you’d like to continue.
Q: What’s the difference between the Annual and Monthly All Access Memberships to Rigging Lab Academy?
The only difference between these two membership options is how you pay. You can pay for your membership on a month-to-month basis by enrolling in the Monthly All Access Membership OR enroll in our Annual All Access Membership (and save over $100!) Q: If I can’t finish my online course in one sitting, do I have to start from the beginning or will it save where I last left off?
All of our courses are 100% self-paced, so go through the material as fast or as slow as you want. Our automatic progress tracking feature means that when you log back into your student dashboard, the course will continue where you last left off when logging off from the course.
Q: Are there any required materials I will need for the courses?
Nothing special — just a computer or mobile device and an internet connection! Anything else you’ll need is located inside the courses.
Q: Can I take these courses on my PC, iPad, tablet, and mobile device?
Yes, you can work through these courses on any device you’d like! It's just like reading a blog, except it's private inside our membership.
Q: I live outside the U.S. Can I still enroll in a course?
Absolutely! All of our courses are specifically designed to be friendly to our international readers. There are no timelines or dates you can miss and your time zone will not affect your class experience at all. As long as you are comfortable reading a course written in English, we recommend it to anyone worldwide!
Q: How do I access my course certification after I've completed a course?
We've created digital credentials — a traditional looking certificate, and more modern badge — and made them available in an online format that so you can easily retrieve and share the details of your achievement.
Once you’ve successfully completed a course, we’ll send you an email with a link to download your course completion certificate and online Rigging Lab Academy badge. You can also access the certificate within the course you’ve just completed. Just follow these steps:
- After completing the final unit of the course, click on the green Next button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will give you a 100% completion status.
- Next, click on the red Get Your Certificate! button to download your certification as a PDF.
In some cases, students may have completed a course before certificates were available. Here's how these students can access their certificates:
- Log into your student dashboard and locate the course you've completed and would like to grab the certification for. Click on the red Replay Course button. (see image below)
- Once you're inside the course, click on the Achievements & Progress button in the upper left-hand corner. (see image below)
- Click on the Get Your Certificate! button to download your certification as a PDF.
Q: What can I do with my course certificate?
To highlight your professional accomplishments, you can download a PDF version of your certificate, email it to someone, embed it in a website, and even download it for high-quality printing.
